Also included are two different contracts to use for your home inspection business while performing a preowned Home Inspections and New Construction Home Inspections. Each inspection has unique contractual requirements and safeguards to consider. Your final contract should always be reviewed by your attorney to make sure regional, state and local requirements are satisfied.
The software package also includes excerpts of the International Residential Code (IRC) 2000 of typical construction defects of items that Home Inspectors typically include in their inspections. There are also Auto Text Macro codes that reference of the 2005 Performance Standards of the Texas Residential Construction Commission (TRCC) to provide specific regulations to assist completion of recommended repairs.
The templates are unlocked and fully editable by the license holder. Instructions to open, modify and lock the template are included. You will need a copy of Microsoft Word (version Word/Office 97 or later) on your computer to operate the templates.
